The External World and Your Own World

In order to reclaim your power you must learn the difference between the external world and your own inner world. Knowing the difference empowers you to take control of your ability to decide and choose the type of life experiences you deeply desire.

The external world is everything happening outside you. Now to not get too deeply into this, with the fact that “everything” you perceive in the external world is caused by you, let’s look at it in a slightly easier understanding.

In order to truly experience the life you deeply desire, you must regain control of your inner world. The external world will exist and continue on its own, however when you disengage from the external world and place your focus on your inner world you give yourself the power to be in control of what happens to you, in your experience of the outside world.

Your own world is your perception of the outside world. By choosing thoughts and feelings that match the life you would like to experience, allows the universe to begin the manifestation process of giving you desirable external world experiences.

When you are focused on the positive and abundance thoughts and feelings your cumulative beliefs begin to create the inner world power within you, supplying you with the creative power of these cumulative thought forms to thus allow the outside world to bend to your favor.

To summarize, you must detach from the external world, and spend more time focused on your own world. Your day to day life needs to be focused and centered on the things you desire, believing then can and will be yours. Expectant thoughts are powerful and they will help to pull matching frequencies of experience to your thoughts and beliefs.

Forget about the current state of the world, and instead, get centered on your own individual thoughts. You get to choose what you want to think and believe. Do not let outside external mental influences distract your own mind from its focus on thinking and feeling “as if” you have the life you deeply desire “right now”!

Turn off the television, and spend time thinking about your life. How can you improve your life and your world? How can you make your world a better place? Then start thinking and feeling as if the change you desire to see if on its way to you now!

How to go from dreamer to achiever

We all are dreamers and its alright to dream. However, eventually we will want to realize our dreams and there is a fine line between dreaming and realizing your dreams.

In order to achieve your dreams you must have them written down. The starting point is to write your dreams down on paper, then commit to achieving them. Now here’s the secret to achieving your dreams and bringing them into reality.

You simply must shift your perception  to believing you have your dreams now. I recently created a quote I would like to share with you here, which will help you to understand what I mean by this.

“The secret to realizing your dreams & goals is to go from being a dreamer to an self-actualizer! To say “I’m ready to have what I want right now!” Instead of continuing to say “one day I’ll get there”.”

Being ready, to achieve your goals and dreams, is truly allowing the Universe to deliver it to you. Its a matter of saying, “Enough is enough, I am going to be the person that is necessary to achieve the life I want”.

For example, say you want to lose 40 pounds. Here’s what you would do:

– Research the best weight loss diets, supplements and exercise programs

– Start a 21 day routine which covers a specific diet, exercise and nutritional supplement schedule

– Once you reach day 21, you will have formed a new habitual routine which you can easily continue, because you are now “achieving” your goal of losing 40 pounds! Your no longer dreaming, “Someday I will lose this weight”.

Achievement requires careful research of information related to what you want to accomplish, and then planning a routine which you will commit to follow in order to reach 21 days of consistent effort. Actually doing it!

My grandmother would always say to me “Do It”. I would say, yeah I will do this and do that, and she would simply reply with a powerful intent “DO IT”. I was still a dreamer at that point. I realized I had to let bad habits go, and formulate new habits I will adopt until they are natural to me. This is exactly what you need to do, in order to shift from being a dreamer to an achiever!

Dream for 10 minutes and then write down what it is you would love to have in your life. Research out information on the subject so you are well versed in the techniques and mechanics of it all, then draw out your plan of daily actions, and begin!

Examining the Secret of Excellence to Accomplish Your Life Goals

Excellence… What is it, and how can we master it?

Excellence is striving, maintaining the highest standards, looking after the smallest detail, and going the extra mile. Excellence means caring. It means making an extra effort to do more than expected.

Going the extra mile, and making sure you have ever angle covered to assure you come out on top in life. Your ability to strive to be the best you can be is Excellence. Excellence is the preparation and actions you take to far exceed your expected activities to accomplish your goals.

It’s not just your actions and going the extra mile with your physical actions. Its also your mind. Your thoughts which lead to emotionalized charged patterns of energy which help you manifest the conditions and reality you desire. To go the extra mile with your mind, is to spend at least 30-45 minutes daily working with your controlled focus of thought on your desires, as if you already have them! That is excellence in action!

The outside world has no power over you, to the extent that you give it the power to do so. The way life manifests itself is inside/out, not outside/in. So in order to create your environment, you need to go within and create your thought forms and desires to allow your environment to form to your liking. This is excellence in controlling your destiny!

Your daily actions define your Excellence. Make every day count. Make sure you work on developing the most powerful day possible. Establish routines which will give you the best results. Quality over quantity.

In your business, your excellence is in going the extra mile in delivering more value than your customers or clients expect. Render more service, and go over the top to make sure your business is backed in Excellence.

Make a list of 10 things you can add into your life to embrace Excellence. Can you improve your diet? How about starting an exercise program? Or if you are already exercising, can you increase the intensity for a new Excellence fitness level?

In your business, are you making the most of each day? Are you listing priorities? Are you establishing & focusing on the most important aspects you need to to assure you reach your goals? Don’t “Just get By”, instead focus on being Excellent. Be the best you can be, and establish Excellence.

The world and everyone around you will notice the difference!
